Sesame in its natural state provides a large amount of protein (24%), lecithin, unsaturated fatty acids, minerals (calcium and phosphorus).
Prepared following the Traditional Japanese Formula:
- First the sesame seeds are selected, which are roasted together with grains of unrefined sea salt.
- Finally the mixture is finely ground to promote the intake of the active principles of sesame.
INGREDIENTS: Roasted sesame*, sea salt. *

MODE OF USE: It can be used as a condiment for salads, soups, pastas, vegetables, sauces and in cooking dishes in general. Use approx. 1 gram of the product once used, close the bottle and store in the refrigerator.
